Where possible, this information is combined with concrete practical examples. The result is a substantiated indication, not a guaranteed financial outcome.

NTAI helps organisations develop AI literacy in a practical, structured and visible way. Employees learn not only how to use AI, but also how to critically evaluate output, data, risks and the need for human oversight. No. NTAI cannot guarantee full legal compliance. Compliance depends on factors including the AI systems being used, their applications and risks, internal processes, responsibilities and applicable legislation. NTAI supports organisations in developing and demonstrating the knowledge, skills and awareness required for responsible AI use.

NTAI handles personal data with care and only processes the data required for the learning experience, support and reporting. Our privacy policy explains which data is processed, for what purposes, how long it is retained and which rights users have.

Personal data, assignments and organisational data belonging to customers are not used to train public AI models. When external AI services are used, we clearly explain which services are involved and which agreements apply to data processing, storage and model training. Where permitted, we use platform data to analyse usage and improve the learning experience. We do so in accordance with our privacy terms and the agreements made with customers.

Some practical assignments require access to an AI application. NTAI does not provide these accounts. The organisation determines which AI tools are permitted and provides suitable business accounts where necessary. NTAI teaches employees how to use these applications carefully and in accordance with the organisation’s internal agreements.

Yes. Learning activities can be tailored to the AI tools that are available and permitted within your organisation. This may include general AI assistants as well as AI applications integrated into existing office, communication or specialist systems. The exact possibilities are agreed during implementation.

With a Team or Organisation subscription, you can start immediately with the available learning paths. Organisation subscriptions include support with implementation and activation. For a Custom subscription, we agree the rollout and configuration together. The lead time depends on the organisation’s specific requirements.

Yes. You can start with a smaller team to experience how employees use NTAI and discover which applications deliver the most value. A pilot lasts for a maximum of one month. A reduced rate applies during this period, allowing us to invest together in a successful next step. Based on the results and feedback, NTAI can then be further configured and rolled out.
