Terms & Conditions

These terms govern use of the NTAI website and learning platform by authorized users whose access is provided through an organization. By accessing or using the platform, authorized users agree to follow these terms.

Scope and contractual priority

NTAI provides practical AI learning experiences to organizations and their employees or other authorized participants. NTAI’s legal representative is Antonio Valle Amodeo. You can contact NTAI by email at antonio@ntai.nl or by post at the following address: Langegracht 70, 2312 NV Leiden, the Netherlands.

These terms govern an authorized user’s individual use of the website and platform. They do not replace the commercial agreement, order form, data processing agreement, or other written terms between NTAI and the organization. If there is a conflict, the organization’s agreement takes priority for that organization and its authorized users, subject to mandatory law.

Organization-managed access

Individuals cannot register for, create, or purchase a NTAI account independently. Access is provisioned, approved, or requested only for an organization that has an agreement with NTAI. The organization determines who is eligible and may ask NTAI to change, suspend, or remove access.

Authorized users must provide accurate information where requested, use only the account assigned to them, keep sign-in details confidential, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access to their organization or NTAI. Accounts may not be shared or transferred.

Acceptable use

Use NTAI only for lawful professional and learning purposes authorized by your organization. You may not interfere with the platform, bypass security or access controls, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it, introduce malicious code, misuse another person’s data, or use NTAI in a way that harms the service or others.

NTAI may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address security, unlawful use, material breach, or risk to the platform or other users. Where appropriate, NTAI will coordinate that action with the contracting organization.

Learning content and responsible AI use

NTAI content is intended for education and workplace development. It is not legal, medical, financial, employment, or other professional advice. Authorized users remain responsible for checking AI-generated outputs, protecting confidential information, applying human judgment, and following their organization’s policies before using an output in their work.

The organization remains responsible for determining whether and how AI systems are used in its activities and for complying with applicable law. This may include obligations under the EU AI Act, including appropriate AI literacy measures and human oversight where relevant. NTAI learning can support those efforts but does not by itself establish or guarantee legal compliance.

Organization responsibilities

The contracting organization is responsible for authorizing users, giving them any required internal notices or policies, establishing a lawful basis for its processing of personal data, and ensuring that its use of NTAI and third-party AI tools complies with applicable employment, privacy, intellectual property, confidentiality, and AI rules.

The organization must not instruct users to enter special-category personal data, confidential client information, trade secrets, or other restricted material into NTAI or an external AI tool unless it has expressly assessed and authorized that use.

Privacy and confidentiality

Personal data is handled as described in the NTAI Privacy Policy and, for organization-managed platform data, under the agreement and data processing terms with the organization. Authorized users should contact their organization about its own monitoring, reporting, retention, and workplace privacy practices.

Users must respect confidential information and the privacy and intellectual property rights of others. Learning examples should be anonymized or fictionalized whenever real information is not necessary.

Intellectual property

The NTAI platform, brand, design, software, and learning content belong to NTAI or its licensors. During authorized access, the user receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them only for the learning purpose agreed with the organization.

Except where the agreement or law allows it, users may not copy, publish, resell, sublicense, redistribute, or create competing materials from substantial parts of the platform. Users retain rights in material they lawfully submit, while granting NTAI the limited rights needed to host and process it to provide the service.

Availability, support, and changes

NTAI aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, security events, supplier dependencies, or improvements may temporarily affect access. Service levels and support commitments, if any, are set out in the organization’s agreement.

NTAI may improve, replace, or discontinue features and may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. Material changes affecting an active organizational agreement will be handled in accordance with that agreement.

Duration and ending access

An authorized user’s access lasts only while permitted by the contracting organization and its agreement with NTAI. Access may end when the agreement expires or terminates, when the organization withdraws authorization, or when suspension is reasonably necessary under these terms.

Any fees, renewals, cancellation rights, data return, and post-termination obligations are governed by the agreement with the organization. Individual users are not the purchaser or contracting party for platform access.

Liability and applicable law

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where that would be unlawful. To the extent permitted by law and subject to the organization’s agreement, NTAI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, unavailable third-party AI services, or decisions made solely on the basis of educational content or AI-generated output.

The organization’s agreement determines the governing law, competent courts, and any negotiated liability limits. If it does not address those matters, Dutch law applies and disputes are submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands, without affecting mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
